It makes me think of this classic Monty Python clip. It was way ahead of its time.

The pronoun bits were good, but the I want to have babies hasn't aged well, IMO

3. Not the best scene in an otherwise good movie

As above - hasn’t aged well.

If showing enough basic respect for other people by referring to them in the manner they prefer is some kind of hardship for you, or requires too much effort, then it may not be the other person who has the problem.

This is great, mostly because a trans joke that doesn’t stink / isn’t assholishly transphobic is hard to come by. Plus, it isn’t the “attack helicopter” meme rehashed, which makes it better.
