4. With any other president, it would not be too

concerning that some phone call records remain secret. I would bet that some phone calls between JFK and Krushchev were kept secret.

Regarding Putin on Korea, it would be legitimate to consult with a neighboring country of Korea on possible agreements for handling the situation in cooperation.

The problem with Trump and secrecy is that he is so untrustworthy. The problem with him regarding Kores and Putin is that Trump is so freaking stupid that it could not be a consultation of equals. He is not knowledgeable enough on the situation there or on diplimscy to be able to set or even propose a US policy. And too stubbornly arrrogant to listen to his own advisors. So he would end up asking Putin for directions on it. His ties with Putin are what make it suspect.
