(60,010 posts)University of Pennsylvania has 12 schools.
Harvard is the same...one school is Harvard Law School.
Interestingly to me is most graduates will say they went to Harvard, but not mention
their school unless asked about their graduate degree, then will say Harvard Law or Economics, etc.
Trump always name drops Wharton, but there is no proof he actually got the 2 year BA degree.
Since the record is sealed no one knows.
Tho why one would hide the fact of their college degree beats me.

(4,473 posts)Is the "Gentleman's C". It is a passing grade given to members of "good families" (Hi, George W Bush) or to those whose families have donated large amounts of money to the school. I have no doubt that's how Trump get his degree from Penn -- Fred Trump bought it.

(30,736 posts)Or, they are stupider! They do not know what per capita means, either. Some of them may have looked it up by now. However, they will find a way to twist themselves into pretzels and convince themselves that he knew what he was talking about when he discussed "per capita."

He can't. I mean, he wouldn't even if he could, but he's incapable.
He'll babble in circles for three solid minutes and any answer he gives you will still be wrong.

(2,065 posts)I heard that the producers who of The Apprentice originally approached Vladimir Putin wanting to do a reality show on a Russian oligarch; Putin sent them to Donald Trump. Even way back then, Putin had his sights on the long game: First, use this reality show to cultivate an image of Donald Trump as a successful businessman in the eyes of his MAGAts to be, and then get Trump to do a run for the White House, with their cyber-backing.
