(7,263 posts)Nazi indeed. So sad.
Knew him casually when he was a young man in that community service organization in the early 1990's. Was conservative, but not a wack job.
Something sure changed him - I believe it was the influence of Rush Limpdick on talk radio who was really getting popular in the early 90's - seem to remember Tim thought he was hilarious and da bomb.
Puzzling too, his grandfather Danny was the manager of the Pittsburgh Pirates who "on September 1, 1971, Murtaugh was the first manager in major league history to field a starting lineup consisting of nine black players (African Americans and Afro-Latin Americans)". The apple fell pretty far from the tree...working now for the biggest Racist evah.
Tim had a golden road paved full with opportunity yet it led him to the shitpile that is Donnie's Campaign.

(3,647 posts)Must be a device that counts people with MAGA hats.
Surely he knows the correct pronunciation of "magnetometer" which is also known as a "metal detector" and is used in airports, courthouses, etc, so people with weapons can't get in.

(8,914 posts)So when this a$$hat said that the lower bowl of the stadium can hold 12,000 people, well that now becomes a challenge.
When ordering tickets from TicketMaster, they show every seat available, for every event they sell tickets.
I pulled up the BOK Arena in Tulsa, and counted all the lower bowl seats. I didn't count them all, I just hovered the mouse at one end to show seat 1, and the far end to show the number of seats in that row. I did this for each row. The lower bowl is designed for 22 rows per section. Not all sections start at row 1 or finish at row 22.
These do not include numbers for Handicap seating or Floor numbers including Seats or Standing.
This only include seats in the lower bowl.
Total number is 6,113
Not all seats in the lower bowl were used and maybe not all sections in the lower bowl were used either. And the upper bowl probably had less than 100 people at the event, although that is not an accurate number by any means. Also, the floor was nowhere near full.
So the official count of 6116, is pretty good estimate.
So when any RWNJ spouts out this 12,000 number, you'll know the numbers to laugh at that number.
Here are the total number of seats by section. There are 22 sections.
