restructuring of their financial systems. Whereas, ours counterintuitively, triggered massive bailouts and obstructions to any & all sorts of efforts for reform, and to the establishment of a much needed new regulatory commission.

Go figure and thank goodness for recess appointments. Phew & thanks.
