My guess is that her work email inbox is filled to overflowing and its contents are being periodically moved en masse to the trash without being read.

The telephone number for the GSA is 1-844-GSA-4111. Unfortunately, the automated directory has no option for contacting the administrator. Recently, a DU'er stated that he'd called and selected one of the options more or less randomly (#4?) and was connected with a person who took a message for Emily Murphy. Haven't tried that myself, but I might.

In fact, part of me doesn't want that.
I want the Repubicans to have to deal with it now for years. I hope it splits the party right down the middle. The QAnon conspiracy theorists who will be angry that the Republican leadership will not support them in the "obvious" reality that Democrats are evil child molesting cannibalistic communists. There will be a push, after Trump is dethroned, to go back to a more moderate voice, at least in tone, with the Republican party. Some are rightly embarrassed by the image that Trump has stained the party with and will want to distance themselves from him.

But there are a lot still of radicalized Trump cult members. And if Trump wants to keep them angry and delusional, he can, and will, if it means being showered with attention and praise.

I hope that the Republican party are saddled with this Frankenstein they created for a long time.

A GSA spokesperson said Monday that the agency's deputy administrator, Allison Brigati, would provide a 30-minute briefing to the House committee chairs and ranking Republican members on Nov. 30.
That's another week-- they're stalling. This is unacceptable
