And it is longstanding.

Baldwin has had a gig, introducing opera from the New York Metropolitan Opera House. My friend and his sister were in the front row for one of those performances. My friend noticed Baldwin literally glaring at him. Not staring. An angry glare. Not shifting his gaze. My friend didn't know Alec Baldwin, no relations. Just the recipient of a hostile glare.

When he told me this story, I couldn't help but wonder if Baldwin wasn't wearing glasses or contacts and mistook my friend for Trump. Hear me out. While we know that the last place you'd find Donald Trump would be the opera, my friend could have been mistaken for him b/c of appearance. He's tall and has an obvious comb-over of blond hair.

My friend couldn't understand why Alec Baldwin would give him the hairy eyeball without reason.

Between the story I just recounted and the relish that Baldwin seems to get on SNL, portraying Trump, makes me believe I could be right about Baldwin hating Trump before the rest of us did.

When I first became aware of who trump was, seeing him on TV, I despised him instantly. That was thirty to forty years ago. I like to say that I hate him twice as much today as I did yesterday and I will hate him twice as much tomorrow as I did today. It approaches infinity.

people don't see it. Everything about him has always been despicable. He was more like some absurd flashy rich guy in a cheesy comedy film. He is the kind of guy you could hate without much hesitation, yet millions of people see a completely different person. I've tried to see what they see, but I just can't get there. I suppose that is for the best though. I'm not sure I want my mind to go to such a place.

I used to find him amusingly ridiculous, but now I find him extremely dangerous and repulsive. And yes, I hate him more and more each day as well.

But I laughed the hardest at the (2016) "Jaws"-themed debate sketch.

Wonder if he'll make an appearance as #DiaperDon in the coming weeks...
