He's totally fucked. As it stands, he's basically going to leave the law in place but claim it's an injunction. Provisional ballots are worthless. They don't get counted. The PASC is going to have to step in again. Simpson's also a radical wingnut, and Papantinio is wrong - they've gotten 10K IDs, but even the asswipe Corbett administration admits the minimum is 100K. There's no time. The real number is closer to 750K. Simpson's a tool.
