The right moment to be sanctimonious, to look so regretful and sad about calling for the resignation of the man up whose butt his nose has been planted for 4 years.

I look at his face and what he is trying to say with it is: I want my constituents to see me as an ever so thoughtful man whose chief concern is about this great country, so remember to vote for me again.
