Self-pardon is a no go, but any prohibition against pardoning insurrectionists is untested, and most experts state pardon power is unlimited except for impeachment itself.

He was impeached in 2019, but he has been going nuts with the pardons over the last couple of months. So...if the constitution says no pardoning power if impeached, how has he been getting away with it since his first impeachment??
