The algorithm that could help end partisan gerrymandering

This is another HUGE issue to prevent some of the most fringe candidates we have been getting. Guys like Jim Jordan.

Why not just require the use of existing county (or parish) lines, and require that districts consist of two or more continuous counties?

I hope they can prove this works. Looks like they could run tests in those states that are now gerrymandered. I know my district (NC 11) can never elect a Democrat the way it's rigged
