What we neglected to do as a nation is to invest in an operational health system

— Screening, testing, ventilator supplies, quarantining facilities, lab testing, vaccinations, communication plans that equalize implementing help and information to the public

2. Solving Operational Problems:

— Training a public health corps — training the public; training national guard as public health emergency responders at all borders;

3. Biden gets it:
the mask mandate is overdue
the information is accurate
increasing production
allocating to states so they can plan their operations
increasing vaccine supply
the WH covid task force is communicating with governors to operationalize nationally

3. States must make public safety plans between communities and policing to be funded; no community-policing plan, no funding.
