My friend who needed it to substitute teach had to drive 3 hours across the state to Potsdam and another friend who works in the hospital ER had to drive down to Ellis in Schenectady to get the Pfizer vaccine, though I'm guessing that was the refrigeration issue. We're now hearing that there are appointments at CVS pharmacies, but they're snapped up immediately.

They had a popup the other day in the city nearby, again unannounced. Local newspaper post articles about all these places including hospital doing vaccines, but when you call you find out it is not true.
