This Plano Texas black man, Rodney Reese, was walking home from work at Walmart. Cops stopped him and arrested him for no real cause. Why?

1. Back in the 60s I read a book for school,

Black Like Me. I learned what it was like to be Black in America. I would suggest that any White cop that has a a complaint about him or her, be put in the situation of the person in that book. Have a movie makeup person, visually make them Black. Take away all of their ID and drop him or her off in an upper middle class area in the middle of the night. Might be a good way to train the police.
