I just had the J&J vaccination this past weekend so it's good to hear some reasonable scientific advice about this instead of all the insane panic that has been swirling about. Much appreciated! 
And I've been thinking of you after this news today - though this side effect only affected 6 women out of 7 million vaccinations. And you're in good company since Rachel also got the J&J vaccine within the week, she announced it at the time on her show.
I am not too worried about it, but it's good to know what to look out for. I am taking low dose aspirin for my dental pain anyway since the mega-doses of ibuprofen was doing a number on my stomach, so hopefully that will help prevent any blood clots as well.
