Republican Presidents REAGAN, FORD, and GW BUSH Endorse Statehood for Puarto Rico.
How about statehood for Puerto Rico? With a population of 3.1 million, it has more AMERICAN CITIZENS than 19 of the 50 states. And with RONALD REAGAN as a SPOKESMAN, how can Republicans oppose it? (That was a rhetorical question, by the way. The answer is 'with shameless hypocrisy, and cognitive dissonance,' of course. It's their Party's super power.)
