Sorry, silly idea. Police in the USA are a 'specially' selected group.

I guess if you hate POC, and want a legitimate route to express that, you join the police and gang up with a like minded group?

. . . but I can't talk. Australia has a bad record of treating it's indigenous peoples badly, in terms of life expectancy, health care, incarceration rate, and deaths in custody.

More POC in police forces is probably good I think, but many black people have claimed that black officers have been just as bad or worse to them.

They definitely need some reforms in their policing. One step could be to hire more community residents as police. One of the problems was that the police officers live in far away suburbs.
