ETA: So I have nothing better to do. It's an offshoot of https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aspen_Institute. They seem to be allied with both Huff Post and Bloomberg, https://www.aspeninstitute.org/blog-posts/franklin-project-bringing-conversation-national-service-forefront/ This ad seems to be within their nonpartisan mission statement.

It's not the Lincoln Project. Given what they say they're about, I'll give them a chance. They engage in false equivalence, my posts will make everybody's eyes water.
