Putin didn't think that Trump would win in 2016 so he flooded social media with the propaganda that the election was rigged. Putin wanted Americans to lose faith in our elections, to lose faith in our democratic process. When Trump lost in 2020 it helped Putin succeed in convincing millions of Americans in believing The Big Lie and MF45 took it to another step by failing to peaceably transfer power.

Putin is getting exactly what he wanted in 2016 plus the fact that GQP run states are passing election laws, with the help of the Federalist Society, that will put the GQP in control of running elections.

Putin succeeded beyond his wildest dreams. Not to worry, our DOJ has sent a stern letter to GQP legislators in Arizona.

Something these people have forgone for a number of years, assuming they ever had any to begin with. They don't care about 'convincing' anyone except their own, who are already convinced. They don't care about 'legality' anymore because they feel we are the ones breaking the law... the law of Gawd!(R). They are too far gone to be reasoned with.
