which is the only reason the mayor, the DA, and a judge agreed they were using excessive force.
So yeah, good riddance. Unfortunately, all those guys will just use excessive force elsewhere.
I doubt they'll come to NM or CO. Both states ended qualified immunity for police.

Too many cops are willing to police the general public, but not each other.
They all should be either let go, or given jobs where they don't come into contact with the general public in an official capacity, except perhaps as parking meter monitors...unarmed of course.

I'm pretty sure "'roid rage" is a big part of this picture.

they're still on the force, and can still be assigned to 'riot duty' without being a formal part of a team.
Just political theater.
