I just listened to Rachel Maddow explaining how when there is an outbreak anywhere, it's soon everywhere - including other continents (let alone other states!) - unless everyone has access to the vaccine! And those who inexplicably refuse the vaccine put not just their loved ones and their communities in danger - but the rest of us, too!
I hate being interdependent on idiots!
He thinks he's doing the right thing by listening to his nurse/daughter - who works in a hospital where there are Covid cases - but she's refusing to get vaccinated!
That's awful! I can appreciate him deferring to her presumed medical expertise, but not about this vax issue! 
Hopefully her employer will require vaccines!
Did you ask what her objection is? 
And, given his age, I was concerned - though I was so excited when I finally got vaccinated (March), I told pretty much everybody!
