I switched my credit card processor to gravity payments. I don’t often need customer service but when I do it’s first rate. And I like the idea that they are being paid well. Their rates are better than most companies and really haven’t had any reason to check other companies.

I recall that he had a falling out with his brother and they some employees left because they didn’t think everyone should be paid as much as they earned.

I'm part of a small non-profit club. We have a couple of events each year where we have a sale, and also wanted to start taking cards for membership.

Someone recommended Gravity, so a few years ago I contacted them and was getting an account set up. They asked what out sales volume was, and when I told them (very low) they said that their fee structure would make their service a bad match for us, and recommended we go to Square. Even gave us a referral code for a big chunk of free processing - with their main competitor.

They are a very good and ethical company, in several ways, and I've had no qualms about recommending them several times.

Basing the unchecked greed, the anti-scientific bullshit, stacking the lies one upon another... sure, how could they lose?
So many their own constituency paying the ultimate price of this wackjob bufoonery.
