Hes the opposite of beneficial, he selfishly sucks the profit from any project he enters. Hes a barnacle on the economic ship.

Trump's various properties lose money because they are intended to lose money, they are used to launder money.

Aren't laundered monies from illegal businesses? He would not be successful there either.

And this includes after his father tried to bail him out with millions. His father's company was extremely successful, but he needed money so badly that he attempted to disinherit his siblings and ended up selling it at a loss. Mary Trump talks about his financial failures in her book.
