(6,265 posts)and I agree with every word. I think a couple of A-10's would have strafed the crowd. Mini-guns blazing.

(53,876 posts)They wouldn't destroy the Capitol and all the white people inside, but there would be massive blood shed and hundreds of black bodies shot and killed. And no one would be allowed to leave and go back ot their hotels and catch flights in the morning. Holding pens would've been set up for all the survivors.
No one was going home from that.

(36,137 posts)ELEVEN months later, we see
48%, or 323 of the 667 charged have been put under federal indictment; of the 323 who are still going through their trials,
138 are now convicted, and of the convicted,
37 have been sentenced.
The 138 could ALL be sentenced by now, the latest taking 10 months from arrest to conviction, then two months after conviction to sentencing.
The 37 convicted are taking between two to three months for sentencing.
Justice would have been a helluva lot more 'expeditious' if Jan 6 insurrectionists were black. That's in the unlikely event that they were left alive at the scene, of course.
The pro-white Republican bias can claim all the due process it wants, but it is also a due JustUs process.
