Donald Trump is still playing the "Will he? Won't he?" game with a possible 2024 presidential run, and it is leaving wannabe Republicans with no way to move forward in that arena. And that is exactly what Trump has wanted all along. He gets to be the one to dictate the rules of the game, and anyone that would dare cross him will be met with his fury and vengeance. Ring of Fire's Farron Cousins explains what's happening.
