A federal judge last week delivered an astonishing blow to a group of anti-mask parents when he told them that the Constitution does not give them the authority to change school rules to suit their desires. The parents tried to argue in their lawsuit that the mask rules for Nevada students violated their Constitutional rights, so the judge was forced to inform them that these "perceived rights" don't even exist.
