Rand Paul Says Democrats "Steal" Elections By Legally Getting People To Vote - Ring of Fire

Republican Senator Rand Paul proved again this week that he isn't exactly the smartest that the Republican Party has to offer. Paul sent a Tweet where he outlined an admittedly LEGAL tactic that Democratic campaigns engage in to get more people to vote, but somehow he said that this legal method was how Democrats "steal" elections. Ring of Fire's Farron Cousins talks about this absolutely ridiculous claim from Paul.
