Is the Democratic Party catching up in targeting voters, or are we still relying on phone and text banking with volunteers and door to door? It takes contact, events, outreach, integration into social networks. That's how GQP does it --- networking off church groups, civic and business groups, extended families. We can't do it Old School, we can't do it strictly with technology.
