Harvard Law professor Laurence Tribe says theres evidence Donald Trump is guilty of various forms of criminal conspiracy and should be indicted. Tribe also believes the Supreme Courts legitimacy is clearly in question, noting Justice Thomas faces ethics questions about his refusal to recuse from January 6 cases and Justice Alitos leaked draft opinion, which Tribe says is poised to impose an almost Neanderthal minority view on all of us. This part of the show was on when a friend stopped by to chat. Its so rude to say excuse me but I need to watch Lawrence Tribe. I searched for it later but didnt find it, so I said maybe my buddy Rhiannon will come through!

(205,393 posts)And you know that you can depend on me for the videos - especially Lawrence O'Donnell who has been on fire for the past few weeks - and Laurence Tribe was a special bonus! When he's on, I figure that everyone needs to hear what he has to say! Especially since many of the current political figures that they're discussing just happen to have been his students!

(36,055 posts)As for students, Merrick Garland is one of them! And he looks older than Tribe; guess being the AG will do that to a person.

I love it that some people never retire and if they have something to offer and want to do it, keep on going as long as they can. There is not a scintilla of "old age" in Tribe's presentation.
Everybody in my family loves to garden. Two family members even died in the garden! One mowing the lawn and the other near a compost bin. The latter is a joke in my family of gardeners.

(36,055 posts)I appreciate that you bring up gardening, since digging in dirt stirs up microbes in the soil. Inhaling these microbes can stimulate serotonin production, which helps one's health.

There are lots of links about it. Here are a couple.
