Strained supply chains: US braces for continued disruptions - Al Jazeera



The globalisation of manufacturing has left the world’s supply chain vulnerable to the kind of disruption the COVID-19 pandemic has wrought.

Lockdowns in China slow the manufacturing of parts, and that reverberates throughout the global economy.

A group of transportation experts gathered in the US state of Arkansas is hoping to change that.

long ago off-shored most manufacturing of nearly everything....What do you expect will happen??????????

DUH..............................

We used to be in a race to the top in quality, now the corporations are in a race to the bottom to make even more profits......
