All of gov't approach to deal w/unrestricted gun access + unrestricted hate speech inciting violence

As the latest horrific mass shooting in Buffalo proves, American is stuck at the intersection of unrestricted access to assault rifles/weapons of war and unrestricted hate speech being spewed over the airwaves and on social media platforms - speech that is likely to inspire deadly violence against minorities and immigrants.

Rather than offering thoughts and prayers, then sitting by idly awaiting the next hate-fueled mass shooting, how about our executive branch mobilize with an all-of-government approach to this dual evil of gun violence and hate speech?
