Following the leaked Supreme Court draft opinion on abortion rights, Lawrence O’Donnell highlights how the concept of determining rights on a state-by-state basis will be viewed on the world stage.

They intend on getting the SCOTUS to declare that a zygote (from the moment a sperm enters an egg, long before implantation) as a "person" and anything that happens to that collection of cells that causes it's demise is worthy of investigation and possible criminal charges. That will mean the end of almost all birth control. Every period will need to be explained (miscarriage will be the basis of a criminal investigation).

Ectopic Pregnancy - forget getting an abortion to save the life of a woman... they will be forced to undergo "extraction and re-implantation" (an imaginary and probably very risky procedure).

They mean to make sex outside of marriage illegal or at least very risky... and to make sex inside a marriage to be for the sole purpose of making babies. Just like the "good old days".

Barefoot, pregnant, and in the kitchen... that is what the misogynists want.
