on August 2nd. He hasn’t been ordered to “surrender to the authorities,” he won’t be “dragged into Georgia.” He didn’t claim “executive privilege” or “senatorial privilege,” whateverthehell that’s might be.

He’ll appeal the ruling, and ask for a stay pending the appeal. I think he’ll ultimately lose, but when he does show up, he’ll just plead the Fifth.

The guy is worse than David Pakman.

frankly false characterization of events. I didn't think it was possible, but I agree he's worse than Pakman. So, can Graham plead the fifth?
