1. I see this stuff, I always suspect asshole in a bottle had something to do with it.

Funny, had I been annoyed by squeaky brakes, I'd have gone out with my little can of oil and oiled the brake linkages for him, maybe cleaned some sand and grit off the wheel. Problem solved. Mr. Asshole might have done that but I suspect he was too buzzed to think.

Somebody needs to tell these asshole cops that they are not an occupying army and we are not insurgents.

3. This is the result of training and propaganda.

These officers appear to have been taught that people are supposed to drop to their knees and worship the badge, which means the officer. They appear to have been told that anything less than this and they can and should bust heads to make sure no one will ever question authority again. Because their behavior sure looks like this is what they are being taught.
