Judge Aileen Cannon just overruled the recommendations of the Special Master Judge Raymond Dearie and ordered that Trump would not have to submit an affidavit under penalty of perjury whether the FBI evidence log was valid. She also extended the deadlines of the process to December to delay and buy time for Trump.

Fortunately, the Eleven Circuit overruled Judge Aileen regarding the classified records and the process before the Special Master right now is relatively of little consequence, but nonetheless Judge Cannon continues to go out of her to serve and protect Trump.
