FoxNews Admission: Obama WILL Get His Way

Finally a bit of truth-telling on FoxNews.

Bill Kristol makes it plain and clear that elections DO have consequences, and that despite posturing by Republicans to make it seem otherwise, the Democrats are in control of how the Fiscal Cliff deal unfolds and it will lean their way, not towards the demands of the Republicans -- despite their hold on the House of Representatives.

Kristol makes no bones about it.

1. Barack Obama was re-elected.

2. Democrats won seats in the Senate

3. Democrats won seats in the House.


As he puts it, Boehner will not hold his own caucus against a small rate hike on millionaires.

* Kristol was also one of the first to admit Obama pretty much had this election wrapped up a long time ago, based on internal polling from the Romney campaign.

He predicts the deal will shift millionaire's rates from 35% to 39%.

2. I say, do NOTHING and let ALL of the Bush Tax Cuts expire....

Then any tax cuts will belong to Obama and will only be for the poor, lower and middle classes. Anything UNDER 150,000 a year on individuals. That takes care of a lot of people in middle management too. a typical couple makes a third of that.

He's not stupid or irrational. It's just his thing, like some people flip burgers for a living . Unfortunately sociopaths don't have the ability to feel anything when they are hurting others for no reason except 'its their thing'.

The Bush tax cuts end. Let them end. Then offer to let Congress cut taxes on the middle income and poor.
