We have every right to expect a government that only exists because we fund it, To actually apply those funds to the citizens, And the undocumented workers, that help keep this country running.

Because last I checked tax laws are written for the benefit of business owners to get out of paying taxes
They only provide 35% of the government revenue. And yet they get almost 70 to 90% of government benefits. That's not a number I Googled, that's just what it feels like. you guys can find out the actual numbers if you want to Google that.

Isn't it strange though that corporations can suck off the tit of the government money, and nobody calls them Socialistic loving welfare queens💭💭💭

Government serves the people who fund it. It is a grand bargain meant to protect and benefit the people - it is a sacred trust and those who betray that trust must be held to the highest standards.

Paying OUR TAXES

I feel like that argument alone would shut up a bunch of republicans.

Because to be perfectly honest I don't believe people will actually go and look and see where does the government get their money from even though the information is out there and readily easy to find.

It should be a point that gets hammered home every time a Republican screams socialism when a Democrat wants to do something to help the country as a whole and not put all the money into making bombs.

We need our elected officials to learn how to argue better because they suck at it

Republicans cry "socialism", but a functioning democracy IS socialism - we pay taxes that the government (ideally) uses for the benefit of everyone. Watch them have a fit if any of those benefits should be withheld or eliminated.

and found such a high % had fraud or mistakes that they took people off regular audits to beef up the loan forgiveness. I hope they nail every one of these representatives.
