Jon Stewart Tears Into Melodramatic Post-Election Whining About Obama’s Second Term

VIDEO here: http://www.mediaite.com/tv/jon-stewart-tears-into-melodramatic-post-election-whining-about-obamas-second-term/

After a long, messy election cycle, it’s time for healing. But much to Jon Stewart‘s chagrin, such as not been the case — as calls for secession and disgruntled CEOs have shown us. And for those CEOs, Stewart had a message: Stop acting like this election has suddenly transformed bosses into “reluctant assholes.” -snip-

While we are on the subject of Jon Stewart, for my doctoral class I had to read a chapter about writing a good argument. One of the exercises in the chapter was called "Thinking Outside the Text" and had a link to the segment were Stewart was on Crossfire in 2004 (I think). I've seen the clip several times but it was worth watching again. When he says, "no, no, I'm not going to be your monkey" it just makes me laugh.

I liked the old "Showtime Pizza Place" version better.
