He's always prepared, always speaks well, never loses his cool. He's exactly what we need and I also predict that he's going to go far. I'd vote for him for anything, he's more than qualified.

Then on the campaign trail which he definitely got exposure, Biden could see he was ready for a Cabinet position n since then, he’s been upfront with his decisions and carries himself well w/ national tv interviews..all this in a relatively short time. He’s a quick learner, assume of himself but not offensive n is a calm voice of reason n I hope he has higher expectations...a lot of us do.

6. He really hasn't changed much.

When he announced he was running for President, my initial response was "who is this guy?" I have been very impressed by his smarts, his cool, and his ability to think on his feet. He is a great spokesperson for the administration and the Democratic party.

But then he speaks and proves himself to be the smartest guy in most any room - and I agree that he thinks on his feet, one of his greatest assets.
