I can't help but agree, we know that Putin kills his "enemies" and usually much more quickly

I cannot understand why people in Alexey Navalny's position make those calculations, they never come out right, the regime is too powerful for one person to lend themselves to martyrdom and think they will come out OK from it.
Of course Putin is going to kill him, and who knows what they are doing to the guy.
He should have stayed out of Russia, then work from the outside against Putin and the regime, he could have taken advantage of the Ukraine invasion to rattle people inside Russia...What a mistake he made.
