My maternal grandmother left Poland to come to the U.S. in 1912 at only 15 - by herself (she came with a friend) - and when I found her ship's manifest, it said she came from Russia! Her part of Poland was under Russian occupation. My grandmother, who liked everyone, hated Russia for the rest of her life. Also, for the rest of her life she sent money and needed items back to her family, though she never went back. My mother put her name on the wall at Ellis Island.

2. Trump would have handed Poland and the Baltic countries on a platter to Putin.

One of the arguments that I hear is that Trump kept us out of war. That's true, but only because he was the puppet of the three biggest despots on the planet: Vlad, Xi, and Kim. The boast that Trump kept us out of war deserves to be popped just like the Chinese spy balloon.
