Indictments Are Imminent as Judge orders release of Special Grand Jury Report in Fulton County

Georgia Judge Robert McBurney has issued a decision on the release of the special grand jury report in Fani Willis's investigation into Trump's efforts to overturn the election. For people who were hoping to see the entire report, the ruling is a mixed bag. The report will be released on Thursday, but will include redactions of any names or identifying characteristics of the individuals recommended for indictment. Harry explains the reasoning behind the ruling and what to expect from Thursday's report. - Talking Feds - 02/13/2023.

have long been protected by prosecutors and Congress. All prsidents have had to make tough decisions and all have made terrible mistakes, look at LBJ.

I don't think anybody wants to set a precedent of putting a former president in prison, not even a Russian asset and obvious crook like TFG. I really think if any indictments are handed down, the biggest fish will be Lindsay Graham and maybe one or two others. If TFG is indicted, the indictment will be sealed unless he manages to slime his way into office again.

That's what the hold up is, they're trying to figure out how to indict the other scumbuckets without unsealing his indictment.

It's kind of a pity nobody asked TFG how they were supposed to "find" all those extra votes. The answer would have been very enlightening and possibly enough to hand down an unsealed indictment on him.

It's getting really old to hear about all the insurrectionists being identified, charged, tried, convicted and jailed while the individual who called them there is still free to spout even more lies. I realize that they go after the smaller fish first, but this is getting ridiculous, it's been over two years. At least Lindsey Graham is getting closer to the big fish who orchestrated the whole election denying saga.
