3. i keep wondering where all the money went under ruiner, cuz we're fine now.

srsly. taxes werent raised, services werent cut, hell, bills got paid. so where was that money going? i think we spend way to much attention to where money comes from in politics and not enough where it goes.

ya know, i vaguely recall getting some shit here for supporting jb when he 1st ran. dont even remember now who else ran. but i knew the guy was a mensch. lotta folks assumed he was evil cuz he’s rich.
not ALL rich ppl r evil. he’s the poor cousin of the fam, anyway. hard to be evil making money in hospitality.

and honestly, i look at him, and many of my jewish neighbors, and i just cant figure out what’s to hate. i just assume a lot of it is jealousy, cuz the ethos of the community i see is the ethos i wish the whole world had. commitment to family and community. to education and service.
do a lot of jews succeed? yeah, and so would we all w those kinds of commitments.
