But this Republican crew are still attempting to overturn the government, a continuation of January 6th.

The video should be very outdated.
Security should have made changes to all this already.
The video should not be useful for that.

8. I'm not sure how they could change the building

If you remember, certain Republican members of Congress were accused of giving "tours" before the insurrection, meaning that groups were allowed in ahead of time - during a time when no access to outsiders was allowed - so that they could scope out stairways, etc. in preparation for January 6th. And we have yet to hear about repercussions for those accused members of Congress.
