Weissmann explains how hard it will be for Bragg to turn a misdemeanor into a felony.

Too bad this video stops just short of Weissmann giving his opinion why Garland didn't prosecute individual one, a much easier case to convict at the federal level.

A lot of what I was criticized for saying today, Weissmann says the same thing.
