I think the evangelical fascists regard Trump as a re-manifestation of the other "chosen one": King David. At least many of them tell their "faithful" that Trump's sins are kind of pre-foregiven, like David's were.

So Trump can't be like Jesus who, scripturally speaking, was never married and never laid. It would be the height of blasphemy and utter disrespect to the so-called Son of God to compare sinner Trump to Him. But David? Ahh, there's a man after Trump's own heart and scrotum.
