(16,248 posts)On things these days on their personal beliefs and not on the law, past and decided issues or the constitution. They have become what the Federalist Society wants this country to be. To be honest, Im talking about the courts majority, not all of them.

(205,507 posts)These recent anti-Democratic decisions are certainly unprecedented. And I feel sorry for the Obama appointees since they're inexplicably in the minority - and especially for Justice Brown Jackson who was such a stellar pick and she was so elated to be chosen.
