3. I did look it up on Amazon, & yes there is one copy for 2 grand. But if anyone wants to comment...

… on the book, scroll down the page and by all means do so. Among the admiring comments (gag) about the alleged scholarship, there were some sprinkled in like “alternative facts history” and “trolling the Libs,” which gives me hope that people like us are on the case.

My favorite title for a comment was: Mein Trash.
