'I think it's stiff, but still too light': Legal expert on Oath Keepers leader's 18-year sentence



Oath Keepers leader Stewart Rhodes has been sentenced to 18 years for seditious conspiracy for his role in January 6th, the longest sentence that has been meted out so far. 1. I think judges go too far to be fair to traitorous criminal filth.

2. A veterans' spokesman on MSNBC tonight agreed with that. He said that the sentence was way too light

And that the previous sentence for sedition was death.

3. A reasonable step-down would seemingly be life in prison.

We're basically talking about violent treason.
