That CNN (and others) saw fit to interview children in the parking lot. The only people they should be talking to at this stage are each other, their parents and (hopefully) councilors and psychologists. Those reporters (along with whoever had the idea) should be fired and blackballed.

...I'm sopposed to be compassionate to the reporters who are, in effect, abusing children for ratings?

Why does the reporter, a stranger, need to even ask the question? The (surviving) children were terrified and devastated. Anyone who thinks about it for more than a second knows that. The child and/or the parents were exploited by news networks for ratings - so they could put video of terrified children on the news. It was ghoulish of them, and ghoulish of the people who tune in to watch it.

was okay they probably didn't think clearly.

A third grader doesn't need to be on tv talking about this.

I know some people have no problem with this but is just stomach turning.
